Gena Ryan

Working with people has always been Gena’s passion, whether guiding a student into their new career or easing someone’s worries when it comes to their next steps in life. Gena’s goal is to be the person you trust to guide you to the home of your dreams.

Gena Ryan was born in NY and raised in Charleston. She has since lived in NC, CT, and FL but was happy to once again call Charleston her home over 10 years ago. Gena comes from a background in Higher Education with additional experience in healthcare and business.

She attended Clemson University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology which gives her a unique insight into understanding others' needs.

Gena entered the real estate world because it not only allows her to use her professional skills but it also lets her have the flexibility and ability to continuously grow. She enjoys working one on one with clients, getting out in the community, and going step by step through a process to ensure all is done right.

When she is not working in the real estate world, Gena can be found with her toddler son and husband of over 15 years, working out at Jazzercise, or curled up with one of the 10 books she is currently reading.
