Enjoy Daniel Island, SC!

Keller Williams Charleston West Ashley

This Island city is flourishing minutes from downtown Charleston, SC.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Daniel Island has gone from farm and agricultural land to one of the most sought-after communities in the entire state. From schools to the close-knit culture of the community, the world-class golf courses, and event venues.  This iconic small southern town is getting the hit.

Daniel Island covers roughly 6 square miles of sidewalk-lined neighborhoods characterized by shotgun porches and island colors. Residents can take in views of the water or the beautiful wildlife on the riverfront walkway.

Love Golf?

Two world-class golf courses designed by Rees Jones (Ralston Creek) and Tom Fazio (Beresford Creek) are located on the Daniel Island Club. Added amenities include Racquet sports, Pool, and a relaxation area to enjoy.

School for the Kids?

Daniel Island has some of the highest caliber schools in the state, consisting of Daniel Island elementary and Middle School, on the island as well as the new Phillip Simmons High School located off Clements Ferry Rd.  There are also two private schools on the island: Bishop England High School and Daniel Island Academy.

The newly remodeled Credit One Stadium is a great venue for concerts. Great artists like Santana this August, Elton John in September, and will play host the always exciting Credit One Women’s Tennis Tournament in April 2023 .

What makes Daniel Island one of the best places to live in the state?

It’s just 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Charleston, 10 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, and the nearest beaches on Sullivan’s Island or Isle of Palms

Whether a young professional, raising a family or looking for a place to retire, Daniel Island offers a way of life that suits everyone.
